Lauren Lea is my first name (they call it a double name here in the south). I grew up surrounded by a love for flowers without even being super conscious of it. I loved to be outside, have always loved art & bold colors, and my mom and grandmother both always had gorgeous gardens. I never imagined a career in florals when I was young- I don't think I even knew it was possible.

Fast forward my time at Belmont University- I thought I was going to work in the non-profit world but I somehow found myself in entrepreneurship classes planning a flower business? Long story short I fell in love with it and have been pursuing floral design ever since 2016.

LL Floral has grown so much in the past few years and I truly feel so lucky to have found this passion. I love this job so much because it combines two of my favorite things in the world- flowers and people! Whether I’m freaking out over a perfectly imperfect bloom or goofing around with my freelancers during a stressful event week, I always find joy and beauty in this work.
